Whole Turkeys
Our turkeys come from JD Farms right here in Langley, BC. They’re free range, non-GMO and antibiotic free. Just like the happy chickens you can get daily at West End Butcher & Deli these are happy turkeys.
Whole turkeys come in the 3 different size ranges and are $7.50/lb
4-6 kg feeds 6-10 adults
5-7 kg feeds 8-12 adults
7-9 kg feeds 12-15 adults
We can de-bone your whole turkey for you if you wish, this is an extra charge, please specify in your order if this is a service you would like.
Turkey Rolls
Boneless turkey rolls can be sized from 2-8 lbs and are $14.99/lb We suggest ½ lb per serving. We can brine the turkey rolls for you at an added charge. Please specify in your order if you would like your turkey roll brined. Brine packs will also be available in store.
In your order for a turkey roll please specify if you would like breast meat, leg meat or a combination of both. You can also choose to have it stuffed or not. West End Butcher & Deli stuffing is a bread stuffing.

Bone in Skin on Hams
All our hams come from Johnston’s who work with a variety of family run pig farms in the Fraser Valley.
The bone in skin on smoked hams can be custom cut from 6-20 lb and are $5.99/lb
Boneless Cottage Hams
The boneless cottage hams range from 4-8 lbs and can be custom cut to size. They are $8.99/lb
Irish Hams
All Irish hams are made in-house, they are approximately 4 lb each and can feed about 8 adults. They are $8.99/lb
In your order for hams please specify the size and type of ham you would like. We suggest ½ lb per serving for boneless hams and 1 lb per serving for bone in hams.
